Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.but mostly we send out your order 2 to max 3 days after we received your order.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over 180 Euro. 
If you need a fast and safe delivery to USA OR Worldwide we suggest you upgrade to DHL Expess. 
After processing your order we will  send you the tracking number and info that your parcel is on the way to you .
Your orders will be delivered to your mailbox, or you may have to go to your post office to pick it up.

North America: 10-12 business days , 5 days with a paid DHL UPGRADE.
Europe: 3-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12-21 business days
Asia Pacific: 12-21 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 12-21 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 15-30 business days
worldwide 5 days if you upgrade to DHL Express.


I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

If you need fast delivery , we offer you a upgrade with DHL COURIER Please contact us and we will send you the link.

 

In case you want to order multiple items please contact me and I can offer you a reduced price for shipping !

 RETURNS

≫ Due to the amount of love, care and time put into making each of our products, we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose your purchase carefully. 

We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced or discounted  price.

If you are from inside Europe ,

You can return any item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPE !

 

HOW TO RETURN 

 

Contact Customer Service Email: info@aurobelle.com to request a return, please provide us with your name, email and order number.
Please note that all return shipping costs, which were not faulty from our side must be paid from you , as well as any import taxes.

 

We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online or through  our Aurobelle Ibiza stores.

  If you are unsure about fit or size  or if you have any other questions, please contact us, Use the blue chat button or our Contact me form, and I will answer you as soon as possible , to help making your purchase.  We will always be happy to assist  you and find the best possible solution for you .

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPE

we can not accept returns from outside EUROPE. DUE TO DIFFICULT  CUSTOM  PROCEDURES .

RETURNS FROM THE UK MADE VIA ROYAL MAIL SERVICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE THE EXTREMELY LONG AND EXPENSIVE CUSTOM DUTIES PROCEDURES.

RETURNS FROM THE USA MADE VIA USPS POSTAL SERVICE WILL NOTE BE ACCEPTED DUE TO THE EXTREMELY LONG AND EXPENSIVE CUSTOM DUTIES PROCEDURES

RETURNS FROM SWITZERLAND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PERMISSION FROM US. ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND IMPORT DUTIES MUST BE PAID BY THE CLIENT .

Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.

We ask that returned items be shipped via express or registered mail to our spanish mailing address as below.  Please keep the tracking number .Alternatively, you can exchange your online order at one of our boutiques in IBIZA.

As soon we have physically received the item back, and it has been inspected , we will automatically refund your money.

RETURNS  SHIPPING  & IMPORT DUTIES COSTS WILL HAVE TO BE PAID ON YOUR BEHAVE
